[openmq-dev] Inactive committers retirement

Hello Team

I'd like to exercise the option to retire inactive committers [1].
I understand some members were appointed on project creation, perhaps
migrated with donation.

I consider following users as inactive:
- Clebert
- Bhat
- Robbie
- Robert
as I can't find any created or commented github issue/PR, since the
initial commit to openmq repository (Wed Jan 24 22:15:05 2018).

I think about 2 weeks (to May 24) for committers to speak up on that matter.
