The release review for OpenMQ 6.1 concluded successfully today.

I will promote distribution to central soon, and merge documentation
PRs (https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/931,
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/930).

After that I plan to merge to 6.1.x updates of jakarta dependencies -
with the intention to release 6.1.1 shortly.
