- so yes, one ("free") pack is available for OpenMQ builds too.
It translates to max 2 nodes running.

As for example MQ job that runs for PRs has several stages that could
be parallelized, I find its execution not the most optimal with that
setup.

If other sponsored packs are highly utilized within their current
allocation (I see that in TCK - they are, not so sure about GF), then
there is no case of course.
