[openmq-dev] Jenkins & sponsored resource packs

Hi Team

I understand Oracle, Fujitsu and Payara sponsor a few resource packs
in ee4j projects (with K-Teq, LJC, Tomitribe and Webtide helping
additionally TCK).

I just wonder - what would be the protocol to interest some party (the
most probably Oracle or Fujitsu as both have 10 packs each) to
consider re-allocation of one pack to OpenMQ?
It would need to be taken away from eclipselink, glassfish or TCK.
