Copied current at the moment 1_* as (disabled)
1_openmq-build-and-stage-6.0.x-jdk8.

I'm going to update the job with changes like
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/compare/607d6ac68..a66acf889
to switch JDK used in build from Oracle JDK8 to AdoptOpenJDK11.
