I take this as a support to the separation of repos/subgroups we designed.

I am not happy with "parking lot". I agree with your rationale. 

What is we call it simply "sandbox"? 

In any case, community sandbox seems better to me than parking lot. Others?

I think this is an implementation point that the Roadmap team should sort out.

For those unfamiliar with the Eclipse Foundation terminology....

Technology Compatibility Kit. 

"Software and/or documented requirements that support the testing of
