[oniro-wg] A couple of suggestions about the default slide deck

Hello marketing team,

I am creating the deck for FOSDEM of my lightning talk and I realised that the
footer we have on the current deck is deprecated. When discussing the content
for the web, we agreed on using the sentence:

"The Distributed Operating System That Connects Consumer Devices Big and
Small"

as slogan so I assume it is the one we should use on the footer of the slide
decks, as well as the front page.

On a more general note, we at Oniro use at least 4 different applications to
create slide decks
* Microsoft one
* Google one
* LibreOffice
* The one used by Philippe (do not remember its name), which I like by the
way, for simple decks. I assume engineers like it too.

In order for a template to work well without driving us nuts when customising
slides in this multi application environment, I suggest to create lightweight
.png background images and other .png for the most relevant elements of each
slide. This way we simply add the image and mostly concentrate on adding the
text elements. Only in very special occasions we would need to do fine tuning
of specific elements of a specific slide using a selected tool.

In my experience, this is the best approach in situations like the one we are
in. If anyone have a different/better solution, it might be worth discussing
it, so we reduce the friction of customising slides using different tools.
This is the fourth or fifth time I have to do it and it is painful. I assume
that it will happen to others sooner or later.

Best Regards
