[mylar-dev] mylar 0.9.2 is now available

We are please to announce that Mylar 0.9.2 is now available, and marks 
the second 1.0 release candidate.  Mylar 1.0 is scheduled to be released 
on December 11th.  Please give this release candidate a try.  There are 
no new features, and prior to 1.0 we will only be addressing 
show-stopping bugs if any are reported.

SVN users should take note that this release will require updated 
plug-ins from the Subclipse and Subversive update sites to support 
change set integration, as discussed in the New & Noteworthy.
