[mylar-dev] final 0.9.2 testing and 1.0.0 schedule

The final 0.9.2 builds are up now:

  download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/test/e3.2
  download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/test/e3.3

Connector owners should do any final manual tests on these, and assuming all
is clear we will announce 0.9.2 shortly.  If no show-stopping bugs are found
the final 1.0.0 build should be done sometime tomorrow, and generally
available by early AM Monday.
