Mik,

 Can you please clarify if BackgroundSaveTimer is something forgotten 
about or intentionally replaced with the forced task list saving?

 It seems like Wesley implemented it to make task list saved every 5 
minutes, but it is not currently used.

 So, the question now if BackgroundSaveTimer should be enabled again or 
removed completely in a favor of asychronous task list saving like I've 
been suggesting?
