 I already commented in original bugzlla issue and would like to say it 
here as well. If projects are not needed for "saved filter" query they 
should not be fetched by this query.

 I've tried to add an existing Jira task and it doesn't look like it is 
working. Instead I am getting some plain and empty task with description 
"http:///";.
