In this case, the PMC may appoint these committers since there aren't any active committers on the project to nominate and vote additional ones. We'll get that going.

When Peter, Cédric, and Artem have chosen a project lead and the PMC has approved that, please let me know. Thanks.

+1 for the SOA package, tested on Windows, Mac OS X 64 and 32 bit. I did also some successful smoke tests with the Mac 64bit version of the rcp package.
