Re: [microprofile-dev] MicroProfile Rest Client being included in JBoss Wildfly - Missing NOTICE file

We just released 18.0.0.1 of Open Liberty. It has a notices file which includes reference to the Apache License and Eclipse MicroProfile Rest Client.

A similar issue exists in OpenLiberty (and I would assume the derivatives) where none of the NOTICE files are available in a readable format.  Though they don't include rest client.
