On the basis of the work Werner has done and his passion for this community
since joining Eclipse it is without a doubt a +1. Prior to MicroProfile\'s
move to Eclipse I\'ll accept that Werner\'s style of communication was
counter-productive, but since the move to Eclipse there has been a
noticeable and positive shift in how he communicates. I believe it is
important to give people the opportunity to change and to recognize and
reward when they do. That is what I have seen from Werner so I have no
issue with voting +1.
