[mdt-papyrus.dev] Moving extra plugins in extraplugins

 Hi all,

 Few days ago I have open a bug  
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300048) to says that I 
will move some of the extra plugins to another directory.
 Please, check it asap and comment if you  don't agree.
I plan to do the move for monday.
 You can find below the proposed directory.
