Is plan in UML2 Helios version to provide a static implementation of the Standard profile ?

I posted an enhancement request some time ago for this (see #226723), even not really necessary for itself such a static profile is used to provide the static implementation of the SysML profile.

 

This was done in 'old' Papyrus to provide the static implementation of the SysML profile (https://speedy.supelec.fr/Papyrus/svn/Papyrus/core/head/com.cea.papyrus.profiles.standard/). Obviously a better place for this would be the UML2 component. If it also makes sense to you I can spend some time "adapting" (mainly alignement on UML2 naming rules I guess) this for an integration in the UML2 project.
