9 am, because in fact we arrive the day before. It was not possible to find a
flight to do the trip in the same day :-(. And our back flight is at 16h30. So the meeting will stop early in the
afternoon.

I've sent an email with the details of the meeting. We still cannot provide the
dimdim details since we still don't know the time of the meeting (as I
suggested in the latest email, is it 10 AM Ok?)
Anyway, if you (and the rest of people that are going to attend physically the
meeting) send us your flight details we might be able to pick you all and take
you to your hotels.
