Note that eclipse.org/lsp4e does redirect to https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lsp4e .

The issue with a dedicated website is that it takes a lot of effort to design and develop it, and a consequent amount of energy to keep it up-to-date. If anyone wants to commit in developing such a site, in maintaining it and in keeping up-to-date, it would be welcome; but I personally don't think it's worth the effort and would rather see all energy about LSP4E spent in the actual code-base than a part of it spent in a website ;)
