Thanks guys! The review has been up and we just need to get it finalized and blessed by all. I know you had said the review happens on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, but do we think its at all possible to get the process complete by the end of August?  In the worst case we can bleed into the first week of September for that final review, but ideally we would love to schedule a review perhaps the last week of August if that is at all an option.

Rich, can you log into https://www.locationtech.org/, go to projects, and create a release review?  Once you have that, email the PMC, we'll review it, provide suggestions and approve it. 

Other than that, you'll need to create your IP Log and get it reviewed by Eclipse.  With those things done, you can be scheduled for a release review (which happens twice monthly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays).  After that review completes successfully, you'll have Eclipse's blessing to cut a release!

Congrats on finishing up the final lap!
