Greetings,

I am seeking +1 for this initial LocationTech release of Proj4J project:

Proj4J is a Java library for converting coordinates between different geospatial coordinate reference systems. It is designed to be compatible with proj.4 parameters and derives some of its implementation from the proj.4 sources. Proj4J provides coordinate system definitions for EPSG and ESRI authorities and implements 100+ projections.

Porj4J 1.0.0 is the first official Eclipse LocationTech release.

As part of the migration to LocationTech the project package has changed from org.osgeo.proj4j to org.locationtech.proj4j.

This release includes fixes from the use of this project in GeoTrellis codebase as well as user contributions submitted during the LocationTech incubation process.

Thank you,
Eugene Cheipesh
