- GeoTrellis - still in release candidate 1.2RC2 out :) RC cycle until quiet for a week or two

- Spatial4J - based on new JTS 1.15 release
January:
- GeoWave - working on 0.9.6 today, looking for 1.0 early 2018

- GeoMesa - holding pattern due active release, will check if this will be done by Dec 15th
