Something is up, geogig team is stuck.

I found my note about HIPP infrastructure changing - and it was from Feb 16th (talking about ramdisk change).

I also am unable to look at our locationtech bugs (example https://locationtech.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=120 where I had notes on how HIPP worked)
