[technology-pmc] Content of LT portal project pages?

While looking around for a place to provide project documentation on the LT portal, I found it hard to correlate the artifacts on the Edit page with the structure of the view.  For instance, I see some nice documentation for Spatial4J under the Governance tab [1].  But I'm not sure where to enter that in the Edit page, and in any case this doesn't seem like the right tab for it to appear on.

Anyone have some thoughts on this?
