Hi Wayne, LT PMC,

Since we have Eclipse board approval for Dropwizard metrics, I'm 
wondering how that interacts with this CQ for the new version of the 
library (3.1): https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11008.

PMC, can I get a +1 for the new version of the library?

Wayne, is this the right way to handle the updated CQ?
