[technology-pmc] Two GeoMesa piggy back CQs

Hi all,

Since we're pushing for a release, I've got two more small, piggyback 
CQs to add to the queue:

Objenesis 1.0:   (Transitive dependency of something else)

Commons-math 3.5: (Using it for stats collection)
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10414

As piggybacks, the licenses are a-ok, and the code has already been 
approved by Eclipse.  Shout if there any questions.
