[technology-pmc] Editing locationtech.org project site

Hey folks,

I was looking at the project information up on locationtech.org:

I’d like to add more information to Spatial4j.  For example, I don’t even see a link to the GitHub repo, which is key since from there you can get all you need to know from the README.md.    It’s not clear how to edit this website though.  I successfully logged in.  I looked at the Help but it didn’t seem to help.  Can someone give me a pointer please?
