Re: [technology-pmc] "Works with" designation for EASE to use jython Version: 2.7.0

I concur, giving the user a choice of scripting language is great example of works with (something I hope to use for GeoScript groovy dependency laster).

Greetings PMC.

The EASE Project currently has a workswith designation for an earlier version of this library that was approved by the Eclipse PMC while the project was still part of the e4 incubator.

EASE itself is useful without this library, but--in the event that the user has the library installed on their computer--the scripting functionality of EASE is extended to support jython.

I believe that this is a reasonable type 1 "works with" dependency.

We require your +1

Thanks,

Wayne

Thanks Christian;

Ignore the request for Source. I'll push to PMC for discussion/vote and +1 of
this CQ....our workflows gets a little confused on these so I'll have to
wrestle with the states a bit which will cause some noise.

Regards,
Sharon
