>From RPMStubby - perl/python/ruby stubs generations. As these are stubs(aka best effort) they can't break users stuff especially as it's entirely new functionality.
Also we can release 2.1 and make it available from our update site whenever we want but we might not be allowed to contribute it to kepler update site.
