[linuxtools-dev] 0.4 RC testing

Hi,

0.4 is right around the corner!  Please, do some final testing of the
nightly update site which contains the release candidate bits:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/linuxtools/updates-nightly

After what you're testing has installed properly, please verify
functionality.  Also, everything should be signed (no broken
certificates icons in update manager).

I would appreciate a quick email sign-off from the following individuals
confirming that 0.4 is good to go from their standpoint.  Just email me
privately.
