[kura-dev] Updated Kura example publisher

Hi,

after EclipseCon last week I did formally update the Kura example publisher:

   https://github.com/ctron/kura-examples/tree/master/camel/camel-example-3

Now this example can be used with a plain maven developer workflow to publish a stream of random numbers to a configurable cloud service. If the cloud service is not (yet) present it will wait for it.

Maybe this makes it easier some people to test. Of course this can be used in combination with the Kura Emulator Docker image and Apache FileInstall.
