[jsp-dev] Review: jsp-api 3.0.0 stage

Can I get a review of the staged jsp-api 3.0.0?

I want to know if it's whole and complete, not missing anything, etc.

If it is all good, I'll kick off the promotion of the release.

Otherwise we'll need to fix things and restage the release.
