[jdt-ui-dev] Running refactoring test with new JUnit Plug-in Test

Am I missing something or you can no longer run
org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.all.AllAllTests using the new JUnit Plug-in Test
launch configuration support?

When I try to create a launch config for this class, it tells me that it is
not a valid test class.

Note I'm using build I20030820 and I have version v20030820 of
org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.refactoring loaded in my workspace.
