[jdt-ui-dev] 2.1 maintenance

Hi,

I tagged all PRs we want to fix for the 2.1 maintenance stream with the
2.1.1 milestone. Check,
if a corresponding PR got assigned to you. Please follow the following
procedure when fixing a
2.1 maintenance bug:

- fix the bug in the R2_1_maintenance branch and then merge the fix back
into HEAD. Don't
  merge code from HEAD into the branch.

- append a patch to the bug containing the modified code so that we can
easily roll back the
  fix if necessary

- two committers have to review the code before it can be released to the
repository
