What we currently support is that you can maximize the hierarchy pane with
the keyboard:
      CTRL-F10>Hierarchy view only

The hierarchy view has a SashForm (or equivalent) in it.  Is there keyboard
access to resizing this sash?  We have a similar scenario in GEF.
