I realize I'm a little late to this -- there was a general server outage 
at Eclipse that weekend. As with all things, Murphy struck hard -- 
Eclipse had just closed down for a summer holiday and there was only a 
very skeleton staff available to deal with the outage -- and of course 
it was an outage to a crucial piece of infrastructure that had, prior to 
this, been quite reliable.

Sigh ....
