Hi Oliver,
Did this eventually
work for you?  Maybe it was just a temporary glitch?  I just
tried it and it worked for me -- I wasn't signed into Eclipse or anything...

I just noticed an issue while trying to download TCK.
I got 403 error

curl -I https://download.eclipse.org/ee4j/jakartaee-tck/jakartaee9/promoted/servlet-tck-5.0.2.zip

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
