In https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/issues/527 , there exists a comment saying that "The current TCK documentation has a fixed certification of GlassFish as a must.That hopefully won't be the case on Jakarta EE 10 as Jakarta EE needs to become a neutral project.”

I would like to understand the meaning of “a neutral project?” Does it mean that GlassFish will not be a RI for Jakarta EE 10 in the future??. And also TCK will be updated therefore it will not depend to GlassFish?

If anyone is interesting in reviewing the Platform TCK User Guide it is available in HTML/PDF form via the RC1 build [1].  Note that we are recording defects via issues/527 [2].  I don't expect that we will make any more changes but if we hit a release blocking issue, we could include changes for addressing feedback added to [2].
