[jakartaee-tck-dev] Jakarta Mail signature files in platform TCK

In the directory src/com/sun/ts/tests/signaturetest/signature-repository
how were the signature files jakarta.mail.sig_1.6_se{8,11} created and
how are they used?  They seem to contain the entire Jakarta EE API
signatures.  I know they're not used in the standalone Jakarta Mail TCK.
Are they actually use when testing the specific Jakarta Mail functionality
that's required by the platform?

For now I'm going to leave them as is, but I'm removing the corresponding
javax.mail versions which I assume are no longer used.
