Re: [jakartaee-tck-dev] Do we expect the XML registries (JAXR) TCK tests to pass on Jenkins?

Hi Scott/Jim,

The JAXR tests in Jakarta platform TCK were passing earlier for the certification, but the jobs were not running for some time from the master branch. I see the JAXR tests are failing now.

I modified the https://ci.eclipse.org/jakartaee-tck/job/jakartaeetck-certification/ job to allow the newly build jakartaeetck-8.0.2 from master branch to be run , where we can choose the jaxr tests alone.
Build with parameters -> select option JAKARTAEETCK_BUILD=MASTER_NIGHTLY_LATEST.

We do have an issue created for improving the jaxr tests as https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/issues/115.

Also , jaxrtck.sh is the script for running the JAXR standalone TCK. run_jakartaeetck.sh is used to run the complete Jakarta platform TCK including JAXR tests.

Regards,
Alwin

Thanks Fred,  That is not the job I was looking for.   But I think the name I gave in my previous not was changed to the one you mentioned.   However, that was a preliminary job that was run to provide a merged Glassfish jar that was used as input to the job I'm looking for.  I'm starting to think that job was not in Jenkins, but a stand-alone job.   I'll continue to dig.

Hi,

At the time of the migration (October 30), no job with the exact name
"TCK_JAXR_GF_Integration" existed on the jakartaee-stable JIPP. The
closest job (by name) is "TCK_JAXR_PREP_(GF_Integration)". Is that the
one you are looking for?

Regards,

Fred
