[jakartaee-spec-project-leads] Wave 1 specs past due

We went over the following wave 1 specs today:

Jakarta Annotations (no)

Jakarta Concurrency (no)

Jakarta _expression_ Language (no)

Managed Beans (yes)

Jakarta XML Registries (missing)

Jakarta Deployment (yes)

Jakarta Bean Validation (no)

Jakarta Messaging (no)

Jakarta Persistence (yes)

Jakarta JSON Processing (no)

Jakarta Servlet (maybe)

Jakarta WebSocket (no, certification)

Only 3 are close enough to promote for vote. We need spec leads to checkout the existing requests for changes, as well as verifying the PRs against this updated checklist that includes several of the common issues that have been seen while trying verify if a PR is ready for approval:

Wave 1 specs are overdue as of Aug 8, so please check these ASAP.
