[jakartaee-platform-dev] Core profile - Normalize dependencies in Web Profile - kickoff discussion

Scott S brought up an issue regarding independent Core Profile evolution.

I do not believe this issue is an impediment for this PR.

In fact, this PR will enable more independent evolution for Core Profile.

I believe Scott agrees.

Emily and Scott brought up possible issues with Core Profile itself, and how it includes full CDI instead of CDI-lite.

I believe this PR will improve the situation with this as well.

Future versions (post-11?) of Core Profile will include CDI lite only, and Web Profile will include the full CDI (thanks Emily!)

Jan W pointed out that the <optional>false</optional> tags are unnecessary.

These have been removed from all the API POMs

As far as I understand, currently no one has any outstanding objections to this.
