[iot-wg] Open IoT Challenge 4.0 - Launching soon

Dear Eclipse IoT Working Group Members,

We’re launching the fourth edition of the Open IoT Challenge at the end of September!

Last year’s Challenge was very successful. More than 80 teams entered the challenge and the winning solution, InTheMoodForLife, is great. It’s an app to track sleep to improve the life of people suffering with mood disorders. And because such amazing projects are being built, we want to do it again! Eclipse IoT WG member companies have the opportunity to sponsor the Challenge again this year. The cost of sponsorship is $1,500. The money will be used to provide great prizes for the winners. 

Sponsorship includes:

- Recognition on the website, social media, and announcements

- Sponsors can provide contestants access to their IoT services or products 

- Sponsors can provide their IoT services or products as prizes to the winners  

- Each sponsor will also have the opportunity to nominate one of their experts to be a judge for the Challenge. The judges will also be featured on the website.

We plan to announce the Challenge the last week of September. If your interested in participating as a sponsor, please contact me by September 5.
