[iot-wg] Codenvy joining IoT WG

I’m excited to announce that Codenvy will be participating in the IoT working group. We've been following the great progress and growth of this Eclipse community from the side lines, but with our recent work with Samsung, Platform.IO and others, we think it's time to get on the playing field and help out the team!

For those who aren't familiar with Codenvy we originally donated the codebase for Eclipse Che to the foundation and have a number of committers on the project. We have also worked closely with Samsung to build out an IoT-focused IDE based on Che - the Samsung ARTIK IDE. 

We hope that we can help the working group with planning and executing on developer tooling for IoT and we hope that in return the group members can help educate us further on IoT and where this fast-growing market is heading.
