[iot-wg] Remote Services with Google RPC+Protocol Buffers

Hi Folks,

ECF has created a new distribution provider based upon Google 
RPC+Protocol Buffers [1]...added to a large and growing set of supported 
distribution providers [2].    The combination of OSGi RS/RSA standards, 
along with ECF's pluggable provider architecture allows micro services 
to be designed, implemented, deployed, published, discovered, consumed, 
and updated without binding to a specific distribution system/transport 
or language [3].
