[iot-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Mahmoud Mazouz

Voting will close on 2024-08-06 for the Committer election of Mahmoud Mazouz
on project Eclipse Zenoh (iot.zenoh).

Criteria:

fuzzypixelz  has been regularly contributing on Zenoh, below is a list of his
key contributions:

- CI Automatisation: Massive work on normalization and improvement of CI to
reduce release times

- Various improvements on Zenoh Plugins API

- Improvements on Intent Routing

- Extension to zenoh links for supporting aggregation

- Several bug fixes and "Rust Clippy" cleanup
