[iot-pmc] Automatic Error Reporting Infrastructure Removed

Dear PMC,
Just over the last two days I had to learn that the very cool Automatic Error Reporting Infrastructure for Eclipse Projects was removed as the Eclipse Code
Recommenders Project was archived. I don't know if other Eclipse IoT projects are affected from this as well but for Eclipse 4diac this was a very helpful
infrastructure. We used it for the last for improving the Quality of the 4diac IDE.
Based on a bug report from me [1] this issue has been brought to the attention of Eclipse Architecture Council. And therefore I wanted to bring it also to the
attention of the Eclipse IoT PMC as I don't know if other Eclipse IoT project are affected by this as well.
For us such an infrastructure would be great. Although it does not need to be as fancy as the Recommenders infrastructure was. I also don't see the Eclipse
4diac project or myself to take over the existing Automatic Error Reporting Infrastructure. But having a simple and easy to use way to submit execution issues
would be a great benefit.
