[iot-pmc] Eclipse Kuksa 0.1.0 Release

Dear IoT-PMC,

the Eclipse Kuksa team would like to release its initial version 0.1.0 on September, 30th.

Please have a look at our review information [1] and let us know, if you see any issues.

Also, there is a single open workswith request CQ [2] that we need IoT-PMC approval for, in order to generate the IP log.
