I'm not sure.
What should be the next steps and who should do that?
The platform_frameworks_support-androidx-master-dev.zip is about 70 MByte.
But the docs and test must be stripped (manually?) and there are more branches
than "androidx-master-dev". Afterwards it must be ensured, that this contains
really all the stuff of the libraries. If there are findings, then it would be
required to check again, which components are affected directly and indirectly.
So, FMPOV, this seems to be a huge package of work to proof, that google did
the check already proper.
