I'm trying to edit the review date and maybe add a little bit of detail about features and link to issues fixed, but it's taking 60~ seconds per click right now for some reason...

I think the PMC is almost done with the CQs and then I can run the IP tool...

Also what seems to be missing is the mandatory statement about security issues. If there are none, that is ok. You can put in something like "No known security issues".

Milo is still in incubation and using 0.x releases. The review can be viewed here: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.milo/reviews/0.3.0-release-review

I'm new to this release process so I'm sure there's some steps I'm missing. I will generate an IP log when the handful of pending CQs go through.
