[iot-pmc] Approval of release review info for Eclipse Ditto 0.8.0

The Eclipse Ditto project would like to perform its first release 0.8.0 on November 29th.

Would you please be so kind to check the release documentation at [1] and approve if all is in place.

 

The last CQ was approved today, IP Log issue is here [2]
